How BanterMap works

BanterMap is an interactive world map where anyone can conquer a country for as little as $1. Upload a meme, drop a banter message, and rule the map until someone overthrows you with a higher bid. Owners can enable co-conquest threads so friends can join the throne without stealing it.

Pick a country and place your bid

Every country has a base price ($2 for major economies, $1 for everyone else). Beating the current ruler costs their bid plus $1. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy; your conquest goes live within seconds thanks to Supabase realtime.

Community moderation

Every message passes through a profanity filter and every image runs through AI-powered content moderation. Anyone can report content; reported items are reviewed and hidden when necessary.
